Hostel Rules & Regulations
  1. Once the students are admitted into the hostel, for the first month, parents/guardians will not be allowed to meet their child unnecessarily. This we strongly request to the parents so as to help our Staff to help your child to adjust to the new environment. Parents for students with new admission may please make a note of this.
  2. Besides the names mentioned in the admission form, no other person shall be allowed to meet the child and to discuss about academics and any other complaints.
  3. Parents / Guardians are not allowed to meet their wards during school hours.
  4. If leave is required for the child during school days, prior permission is to be taken from concerned authority.
  5. Only parents will be allowed to take the child from the hostel. No other person shall be given custody of the child.
  6. If a child is found to be suffering from some contagious disease or any other serious ailment, the parents shall be informed by letter/phone to take their child immediately. Such cases shall not be kept in the hostel. The child is to be brought back  to the hostel only after complete recovery and admitted back to the hostel only after producing concerned reports from concerned doctors. 
  7. Any surgical operation or major illness must be reported to hostel wardens with the zerox copies of detailed treatment given, to facilitate follow up later on.
  8. Incase of serious types of diseases like Brain fever, Epilepsy, Kidney problems, authorities will arrange for best of  treatment but responsibility will be entirely of parents for the casualties.
  9. Institute does not hold responsibility of any kind of accidental injury caused to any student during activities.
  10. Since children are provided with sufficient meals twice a day along with breakfast, snacks and milk twice a day, we strongly request parents not to provide any eatables to the child when they come to visit their wards.
  11. Students are not allowed to bring with them any kind of valuables, etc. Hostel authorities do not hold responsibility for loss of such items.
  12. Parents are allowed to talk with their wards for five minutes only on telephone on fixed Sundays.
  13. The students will be required to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the hostel. Any behavior causing damage to the institute or its property shall not be accepted and the damages will be compensated. Any kind of misbehavior on part of  the parents towards the staff or office authorities may lead to serious action.
  14. In the beginning of the academic year, some children have a tendency to escape form the hostel. In such cases, institute shall lend a sympathetic hand in locating the child, but in no case shall the institute be held responsible for the consequences.
 
HENCE, IT IS OUR STRONG SUGGESTION TO EVERY PARENT THAT YOU FIRST MENTALLY PREPARE YOUR CHILD COMPLETELY REGARDING
THE HOSTEL ENVIRONMENT. THIS WILL REALLY HELP THE CHILD TO ADJUST TO THE ENVIRONMENT MORE EASILY AND QUICKLY.
