Admission Procedure
  1. The minimum age for admission to little tots in 1st std. is 5 years; the age for the higher classes will be computed correspondingly for session opening in June.
  2. The school reserves the right to admit or reject any student without assigning any reason. The decision of the principal will be binding & final.
  3. English  is  the  medium  of  instruction  right  from  the  std. 1st ,  Hindi  & Gujarati  are  also  taught.
  4. The admission form and other necessary papers must be filled in with due care by the parents. The name & date of birth of the student once recorded in the enrolment form the school & admission register cannot be changed later.
  5. The principal reserves the right to ask for the withdrawal of any student who has proved immune to correction.
  6. Application for transfer certificate shall be made in writing to the principal by the parents of the child. T.C. and conduct certificate once issued cannot be issued again by the school authorities. If it is lost then only duplicate can be obtained from the school on the following conditions:
    1. Application should be made in writing giving the reasons.
    2. Application must be signed by the student and counter signed by the parent or guardian.
    3. The duplicate certificate can only be issued after 5 days of the application.
    4. At the time of taking the transfer certificate all the dues to the school must be paid in full for the period during which the pupil’s name was on the school register.
    5. In case of students who want to take admission elsewhere after the completion of the session, parents must apply for T.C. on or before 30th April.
  7. The student shall be suspended or expelled from the school on the following grounds:
    1. Indiscipline.
    2. Non-payment of dues.
    3. Failing twice in the same class.
    4. At any time, if the authorities are convinced that such a withdrawal is necessary in the interest of the school.
    5. The name of the student will be struck off the rolls after continuous absence without information for fifteen days. He may be readmitted as per the rules and the discretion of the principal.
    6. The decision of the principal shall be binding and final in this regard.
  • RULES & REGULATION FOR ​HOSTEL 
  1. ​Admission in hostel will be given to the students of standard 1st to10th.
  2. Parent/ Guardian should not meet the student till one month from date of admission.
  3. Except for the exceptional circumstances, the student will not be allowed to visit his home.
  4. Parent / Guardian can meet the student with prior permission of the principal.
  5. Student will not be allowed to keep any kind of eatables with him.
  6. Student should not keep with him, the valuables like cash or ornaments etc.
  7. Admission in hostel is given for one year only. To secure admission for next year, the new admission form is required to be filled in.
  8. The student has to follow the rules of discipline and decorum in respect of hostel and any other terms and condition added / altered / amended from time to time and the parent / Guardian will be responsible for violation of rules by the student.
  9. The school authorities will not be held responsible for any injuries / accidents / illnesses / natural disasters beyond their control.
